There are many and there are none, reasons, for things we do. There are reasons you choose something over the other.
A person perhaps over another.
So yes there are reasons.
A smell, a feeling, a texture, a sound, a style, a like, an emotion, an attire, a look, a behaviour, the do’s and the don'ts, the wants and the wonts.
Every choice has a reason.
The dislikes of it all have reasons as well.
A habit, an opinion, a thought, a reaction, an action, an analysis, a comparison,
Settling and compromise are parts of the reasons accumulated over a specific time. Whether you choose to follow by or replace them by not giving in.
Importance and self-worth is an outcome that comes of the reasons to make out further choices of a lifestyle with something or someone.
Something that hurts and has a continuity, will always raise the question whether you want to bear it or not have it at all.
Tiredness due to a repetition of something calls for reasoning with oneself as well.
Putting a foot down due to having enough of it or carrying it on endlessly with sense of being habitual is another point that brings reasoning into question.
When you love a person, you know why though they say love is without reason.
But love falls apart when what you know you didn't want starts showing its signals time and again.
So you did love without reason but you wanted it never to end due to some major reasons.
The same applies not just for the love of a person but of an item or a thing Ashwell.
A smell a feeling a texture a sound
Emotions arise with all these things around
With the positive essence of it all will it surround
Or will it wilt and with reasons profound
A like, an emotion, an attire, a look,
Feelings dwell to them you hook
When the colours fade you feel mistook
How long after, till the reasons shook
A habit, an opinion, a thought, a reaction
Initially it all gives an utmost satisfaction
A reason however occurs in a fraction
When from it all you start your distraction
Does the love, for whatever it may be, always stay? Or would you fall out of it when it begins to hurt.
The feeling however is extremely strong one that brings reasons unknown and decisions that are heartbreaking.
So who or what are you going to reason with or be reasonable about?
Yourself, the other, the emotion, the likes or the dislikes.
What are you favouring today?
Everything does happen for a Reason...no?
